Katie liked the Houston Zoo so much, she couldn't stay away! After working at the Zoo from 2004-2006 and missing it ever since then, Katie finally found her way back to become the Director of Interactive Marketing. Her favorite animal is an Okapi - if you don't know what that is, come to the Zoo and see it - it's a truly amazing creature. In her spare time, Katie enjoys adventure racing, traveling to the farthest corners of the earth, and coming up with interesting culinary creations.
